Job Description:
- Understand the Ministry of Health’s regulations, and be familiar with the process of developing the ETC channel and bidding.
- Responsible for the entire sales operation of the ETC channel (hospitals, clinics), product distribution, maintaining and developing the market.
- Organize, manage, and oversee the ETC channel operations.
- Plan, implement, monitor, inspect, evaluate, and report on the business activities of the ETC channel.
- Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate the team of Sales Representatives.
- Research and propose distribution and management models suitable for market demands and other requirements from the Board of Directors.
- Perform other tasks as required by the General Director.

Job Requirements:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or other related fields. Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience managing the ETC channel.
- Honest, dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, good communication skills, and responsible.
- Teamwork and management skills.
- Planning and reporting skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Agile demeanor and good health.
- Ability to travel long distances if needed.
- Preferences:
- Preferably a university pharmacist.
- Prefer candidates with experience in managing the ETC channel.
